Rangers supporters will definitely be furious with Willie Collum and the Scottish FA since it appears that the Ibrox team is the target of a plot.

In their review on October 11, the SFA affirmed that Gers should have received a penalty against St Johnstone on October 6.

The game ended in a 2-0 victory for Philippe Clement’s team, and referee David Dickinson dismissed an incident in which Cyriel Dessers was seen to have his shirt tugged inside the box.

The SFA acknowledged that the officials made a mistake after analysing the footage, notwithstanding VAR’s insistence that there was nothing more to the event even when it was seen again. Fans of the Rangers must be observing a trend in the choices. Fans can’t help but believe there may be a pattern because this has happened twice in the last few weeks.

Each Key Match Incident is decided by a panel of five individuals who are employed by Scottish football or the media. The incident between Dessers and Mohamed Sylla versus Dundee on September 21 was another decision that was examined and questioned. A 3:2 majority decided that a penalty should have been given because the onfield call was wrong.

The Gers may lose games as a result of this improper officiating, thus it’s imperative that the team speak out about it as it can’t go on.
