According to James Taylor, Rangers’ New Edmiston House has brought in £2 million.

At Thursday’s AGM, Ibrox’s chief financial officer disclosed that the club made a substantial profit from the facility.

Taylor described the Copland Stand construction and the summer transfer window as “challenging” months for the team in his business analysis.

In his comments at the AGM, he also mentioned the “disappointing” conclusion to the previous season.

He was upbeat, though, as he detailed figures in the RIFC accounts and maintained that the club had a “positive” outlook.

Following record revenue in the most recent reports, Taylor is optimistic that hospitality advertising relationships in the UK and Europe would contribute to “further growth” for the club.

The challenges of the Rangers player trade loss, however, did not excite him as much.
