Both teams are vying for all three points when QPR and Norwich City play each other in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
QPR has been playing better lately going into their matchup with Norwich City.
Despite having a terrible season, West London has managed to pick up five points from their last three games. The Rs drew with Watford at Vicarage Road, where few teams have had success this season, after defeating Cardiff City on the road.
Even though Marti Cifuentes and company are still in 23rd place, there is still optimism that the Hoops can overcome their challenging winter schedule and avoid trouble once more.
Norwich City, meanwhile, travels to QPR after winning the Championship back-to-back.
Following a sequence of bad results that raised some doubts about Johannes Hoff Thorup, the Canaries’ victories over Plymouth Argyle and Luton Town have allayed some of those worries. However, because both were played at home, the Danish manager will be looking to win this weekend.
With ten goals in their last two games, the free-scoring Norfolk team is currently at ninth in the Championship standings.
Here are some of our writers’ predictions for the match.
Ray James
Although it may seem like a simple prediction, I really believe that the hosts will put Norwich City to the test.
The Canaries will be hoping to defeat another here since they have returned to their dangerous best in their last two Championship victories, both of which came against struggling teams. But QPR has shown some really encouraging signs in the last two games, and I believe today is a terrific opportunity to build on those showings.
Simply put, Norwich City will discipline them if they are not playing well. But I can see the Rs annoying the visitors a little and possibly winning the game.

“QPR is in a relegation fight at the bottom of the league after struggling thus far this season.
“To pull themselves out of the bottom three, the R’s need to start winning more games, especially at home.
“Under Hoff Thorup, Norwich City has been a little hit or miss thus far. They need to be more consistent, but there is no denying that their group is talented.
“I believe the Canaries will ultimately be too strong for the Hoops and should win if they show up.”
Forecast: Norwich City 1-2 QPR
