The VAR team at Clydesdale House failed to award a stoppage-time penalty after Philippe Clement’s player, Vaclav Cerny, was brought down in the box by Liam Scales. Celtic eventually claimed the trophy in a dramatic penalty shootout. Collum was openly critical of VAR officials Alan Muir and Frank Connor, labeling their oversight as “unacceptable.”
