Nathan Patterson is reportedly out of favour and will only be permitted to leave Everton if a replacement is found, with a return to Rangers being suggested.

As he attempts to close Celtic’s 11-point lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership, Philippe Clement is facing a defensive injury crisis, with his captain James Tavernier, Jack Butland, Leon Balogun, John Souttar, and Neraysho Kasanwirjo all sidelined. The manager desperately needs reinforcements in the January transfer window. Reports from south of the border indicated that the Light Blues were one of several teams interested in a loan move for the 23-year-old following a difficult stint at Goodison Park.

According to reports, Patterson, who has only made three appearances for Everton this season as a substitute, is amenable to a move that would increase his playing time and allow him to rejoin Steve Clarke’s Scotland team. The Premier League team doesn’t seem to be in a rush to sign the right-back, though.

Ashley Young, a veteran, has become the Toffees’ first-choice right back since Seamus Coleman became injured. According to the Liverpool Echo, unless more cover is signed this month, “it is tough to see the club sanctioning his departure” in Patterson’s case.

Leon Belcar has been associated to Rangers in other places. Club Brugge and AZ Alkmaar are reportedly interested in the midfield player, and his present team is likely to let him go for a sum of around £660k.

The 22-year-old is amenable to a transfer, according to Jutarnji, but “needs a club that will give him the opportunity to play and develop.” A European “opportunity to play on a bigger stage” is what he’s searching for.

Iqraam Rayners, who scored 12 goals in just 16 games for the Mamelodi Sundowns, is also allegedly on Rangers’ transfer wish list. However, manager Miguel Cardoso unexpectedly benched the South African forward for the match against Richards Bay, which led to rumours of a hasty departure.

“We have to deal with the conditions,” Cordova told Sports Wire in an effort to allay rumours. The coach is a manager, as they say in England. It indicates that we are in charge of the group. not just the feelings, but also the physical condition. However, I am surrounded by good people who give me advice and help me make my judgement of the athletes’ current condition as clear as possible.

However, games must be won, and occasionally taking a chance is necessary. However, I believe we received favourable responses about the players who participated. Above all, our devotion was strong.
