Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy recently underwent a health treatment in London, revealed inadvertently by his wife, Rebekah, in a social media post celebrating his 38th birthday.
The montage included a photo of Vardy in a grey bodysuit, preparing for an Icoone treatment, a procedure designed to enhance circulation and reduce fat.
Although primarily marketed towards women, Vardy reportedly underwent the treatment for muscle recovery, recommended by Rebekah, who regularly visits aesthetician Sadaf Jaffari. A source revealed that while the treatment drew some playful teasing from his Leicester teammates, Vardy took it in good humor.
Known for his exceptional fitness, Vardy has transformed his lifestyle over the years, moving away from his party days to maintain peak performance. A key figure in Leicester’s historic 2016 Premier League triumph, the forward also claimed the Golden Boot five years ago.
Vardy, who joined Leicester from Fleetwood Town in 2012, has been pivotal for the Foxes, helping them achieve promotion from the Championship and later shocking the football world with their league title win. He remains Leicester’s first-choice striker this season, with seven goals across all competitions. Additionally, the veteran forward boasts 26 caps and seven goals for England, representing the national team at Euro 2016 and the 2018 World Cup.
