According to Daily Record journalist Keith Jackson, Cavenagh’s presence could signal progress in finalizing the takeover.
Jackson stated on Hotline Live (13 April): “Cavenagh didn’t come all this way just to watch a European match. It seems like he’s here to bring the deal to a close. All signs point to the takeover entering its final phase.”
