The Fijian Drua and Fiji Rugby Union are thrilled to announce that next Saturday’s event at HFC Bank Stadium will now feature an exciting double-header, with the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua taking on the Queensland Reds and the Vodafone Fijiana facing off against the visiting Wallaroos.

To build momentum for the day, the Fijian Drua and Fiji Rugby have teamed up for a joint promotional campaign, bringing fan-focused activations to Suva on May 3, ensuring it’s the place to be.

Fijian Drua General Manager of Commercial, Shane Hussein, shared his enthusiasm: “We’re pleased to confirm the addition of a second high-profile match, offering fans double the action for a single ticket. It’s two top-tier rugby clashes for the price of one.”

Tickets start at $25 for Grass Embankment seating, rise to $40 on the Concrete Stand, and begin at $75 for seats in the Main Grandstand.

Fiji Rugby Women’s High-Performance Manager Alana Thomas highlighted the significance of the upcoming clash: “Playing against one of the world’s best teams in Australia is a huge milestone. This marks our 42nd Test overall and our 12th at home. It’s a prime chance for the Vodafone Fijiana to launch their season with a strong showing.”

Attendees at HFC Bank Stadium can look forward to meeting players from all four teams—Fijian Drua, Vodafone Fijiana, Queensland Reds, and Wallaroos—making it a special day for fans of all ages.

“It’s going to be an electric matchday atmosphere,” Hussein added. “There will be plenty of fan activations, live entertainment, and giveaways, making it a fantastic afternoon of rugby fun for families.”

He also pointed out the perfect timing of the event: “With school holidays beginning and families visiting Suva, it’s an ideal outing for kids and their parents. Corporate groups in the Capital also have a great opportunity to host guests with our Drua Experience – and all while enjoying two elite-level matches.”

Kick-off for the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua vs. Queensland Reds is set for 2:05 PM, followed by the Vodafone Fijiana 15s taking on the Wallaroos at 5:00 PM.
