Elland Road was buzzing on Monday night as Leeds United sealed their return to the Premier League with a commanding 4-0 win over fifth-placed Bristol City, reclaiming the top spot in the Championship.

Willy Gnonto and Ao Tanaka opened the scoring before substitute Largie Ramazani came on to net a brace, capping off a dominant display and setting the stage for jubilant celebrations.

With club chairman Paraag Marathe in attendance after flying in for the occasion, Leeds fans voiced strong support for manager Daniel Farke, despite ongoing speculation about his future.

For several players, the night marked their final appearance at Elland Road. Phil Hay has confirmed Illan Meslier is likely on his way out, and Graham Smyth has suggested Patrick Bamford is expected to depart in the summer.

Beren Cross has now reported that Josuha Guilavogui is also set to leave, with his contract expiring. While the futures of players like Manor Solomon and Joe Rothwell remain uncertain, Guilavogui is “almost certain” to move on, according to Cross, who noted that Monday’s match was likely his final outing at Elland Road.

Despite being a squad player, Guilavogui made history by becoming the first Leeds player to go unbeaten in his first 16 league appearances—all coming off the bench—surpassing Vinnie Jones’ record of 15.

Though his impact on the pitch was limited, Guilavogui’s influence off it has been significant. Admired by teammates like Gnonto and Isaac Schmidt, his presence in the dressing room will be missed and will need replacing.
