Valetini, Cakobau, Uluinakauvadra and Nalaga expected to debut

Waisea Nayacalevu and Semi Radradra, centres for the Fiji Water Flying Fijians, have been added to the November Tour roster despite their disagreement with the Fiji Rugby Union. Tevita Ikanivere, a Fijian Drua hooker for Swire Shipping, and Nayacalevu have been selected co-captains.

In order to provide the coach other alternatives in the backline, Josua Tuisova has also returned to the team.

It’s expected that Waqa Nalaga, Saimoni Uluinakauvadra, Kemu Valetini, and Ratu Penaia Cakobau will wear the white jersey for the first time. The coach of the Flying Fijians, Mick Byrne, believes he has selected the best players now available and is confident they can rise to the challenge of playing against elite teams in Europe during the tour.

According to Byrne, he has selected players that are versatile, demonstrating the strength that comes with being a professional athlete.
