Day 21 of the transfer window indicates that it will close in less than two weeks.

To consider this a successful month of business and offer Ruud van Nistelrooy and company the best chance of surviving in the Premier League, Leicester City has a lot of work ahead of them.

Leicester has only added Woyo Coulibaly this transfer season, and given that the Foxes are reportedly interested in up to five additional players, they will need to get their act together.

Incoming traffic at King Power Stadium has been comparatively calm lately, but as time passes, the rumours start to pick up steam.

Here are all of Leicester City News’s most recent transfer tidings.

Juventus is considering signing Lilian Brassier and Thomas Kristensen

Despite having a wide range of options within their ranks, center-backs seem to be one of the Foxes’ top priorities this transfer window.

Numerous candidates were mentioned earlier this month, including Marseille centre-back Lilian Brassier and Danish defender Thomas Kristensen.

Although there hasn’t been any activity on that front lately, reports from Italy this week indicated that Juventus was monitoring Kristensen and Brassier.

Villarreal was also interested in Brassier, but that connection has now dissolved, and Juventus is now attempting to steal.

Leicester has long liked Kristensen and reportedly had talks with him after Tottenham Hotspur was also linked to a deal.

Leicester’s desire to get the 6’6 giant to England may be rekindled by Juventus’ apparent readiness to strike.

Cesare Casadei is expected to join Lazio.

Cesare Casadei is another player connected to Leicester who is reportedly going to Italy.

After finding it nearly hard to get game time, the former Inter Milan youth, who played 22 times on loan at the Foxes last season before being called up early, is free to leave Chelsea.

Right now, Lazio is the front-runner for Casadei, and it’s thought that a £10 million deal plus add-ons will be sufficient to get him back to his home country.

There were rumours of a return to the King Power Stadium and competition from Torino to sign Casadei, but it appears the Rome-based team will get their man.
